Exchange and Return Policy - Diamond of Life Store

At Masaat Al Hayat, we are committed to ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a flexible exchange and return policy in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• First: Return Policy: The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the same original packaging.
• Returns do not include products that have been used or opened for health and safety reasons.
• The amount will be returned to the customer after deducting the shipping fees (if any) within a maximum period of 10 working days .

Second: Replacement policy

• The customer has the right to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be in its original condition as received.
• If a product arrives damaged or different from the order, the Diamond of Life store will bear the full shipping cost.
• If the customer wishes to exchange for another reason (such as a change of mind, color, or model), the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Third: Products that are not returnable or exchangeable

• Opened or used products.
• Medical or public health products after opening the packaging.
• Special offers and discounted products, unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Fourth: How to request a return or exchange

• Contact us through the store's customer service within the specified period.
• Provide us with the order number and a picture of the product (if there is a defect or damage).
• After confirming the order, we will coordinate with the shipping company to receive the product.
